EAPAA in the news
EAPAA was very excited to have been featured in this piece by Joseph Lam in the Weekend Australian. EAP data and anonymous reports are essential to help employers understand the wellbeing and mental health landscape of their organisation. Our president Lana Schwartz speaks about how the short term and solution focused modality of EAP can help organisations to improve performance, and general wellbeing.
It was great to see another EAPAA article in the Weekend Australian in the pink box, discussing how EAP is fundamentally a short term solution, and offers a wide range of services apart from just counselling. EAPAA continues to contribute to the commentary about EAPs and the effectiveness they can have in treating short term issues, or referring longer term issues on to the appropriate channels.
