We are a premium EAP service with a team of highly experienced clinical social workers, psychologists, counsellors, and experienced administration support staff. At every stage, from triage to follow-up, we offer a highly skilled team who respond and provide the EAP services to ensure the best outcomes.
We ensure EAP employees are matched and booked with a professional and experienced therapist between 1 to 3 days.

Our therapists are registered with AASW, APS, ACA, or AHPRA.

• Same Day Crisis EAP Counselling
• Same Day Manager Assist Consultation
• Monthly Manager Maintenance Program (MMMP), specifically developed to support emerging Leaders and Managers
• Dietitian Services with Accredited Dietitians
• Workplace Mediator/ Dispute Resolution Services
• Promotional EAP Material to educate staff about EAP Services
• Induction group session to EAP for all employees, including a screening and self care plan
• Call backs to At-risk employees
• Monthly Data and Analytics

We also offer additional EAP services, on a needs basis, including: annual Interactive Educational Sessions for your staff, Well-being & Staff Development Sessions, Training & Consultancy, Retrenchment & Redundancy Support, On-site Critical Incident & Trauma Response, General Staff Debriefs, On-site training and Return to work pathways.
