Founded by Mental Health experts, Connect Psych Services is an Australian-based company with a global reach, dedicated to improving employee mental health and well-being, both within and beyond the workplace.

The Connect Psych Services model prides itself on client-centric autonomy; giving control to those who need it most, by allowing the employee the ability to book their own appointments; and choose the practitioner they feel most comfortable with. With accessible, confidential support, available between 6 am – 11 pm, 7 days a week, and appointment availability within 48-72 hours, Connect Psych removes the long wait times and barriers that Employees can sometimes face with traditional counselling support.

We understand that mental health plays a critical role in work performance, and we offer comprehensive solutions to help employers and their teams thrive. Our unique platform, RISE, enables employees to connect with our practitioners at a time and place that suits them, using live chat, voice calls, or video conferencing, taking less than 3 minutes to make an appointment. Our Practitioners are experienced across a wide range of topics and industries, are AHPRA registered, and all have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
RISE also provides a rich repository of self-help resources that employees can access privately and anonymously, 24/7. Importantly, all information shared on our platform is transformed into generalised and de-identified data, offering employers valuable insights into their workforce’s mental health and well-being while ensuring complete privacy and security. Our ‘upstream data’ captured will identify interconnected trends of teams and leaders in real-time; resulting in the creation of organisation prevention strategies to improve relationships and performance.

Connect Psych offers more than just Employee counselling, with opportunities for education sessions, Manager support, Redundancy and outplacement services, critical incident support and a continued care model for those who need ongoing support post-EAP sessions.
