Inner You Development is a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming mental health and wellbeing practice providing evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and workplaces. Our team offers counselling, EMDR, psychological therapies, workforce wellbeing programs, leadership coaching, and EAP services across a broad range of presenting concerns.
We pride ourselves on delivering person-centred, high-quality support that enhances resilience, emotional health, and workplace performance. Although our head office is located in Queensland, Inner You Development provides services Australia-wide through a combination of in-person and secure telehealth delivery. We support individuals, organisations, and workplaces nationally.
