Southern Cross Healthcare delivers a comprehensive suite of Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services, alongside specialised mental health and wellbeing support. Since 1998, we’ve been committed to helping individuals navigate personal and work-related challenges through expert counselling and psychological care. Our services are delivered by practitioners and mental health practitioners from Southern Cross Wellness Partners Ltd (formerly Raise).

Our New Zealand wide team of experienced professionals( psychologists, counsellors, social workers, psychotherapists, coaches, Rongoā Māori practitioners, critical incident responders and other practitioners) ensures support is accessible when and where it’s needed.
